Meet Nikky at Yoga4Life
Yoga4life with Nikky. I am a Yoga Teacher based in Pershore, Worcestershire. My love for yoga started over 10 years ago when I was living in Canada while pregnant with my first daughter. I discovered a yoga studio right next door to our apartment so I joined their prenatal class and I have been practicing yoga ever since. I run adult and children's Hatha Yoga classes in Pershore and I consider myself very lucky to be able to pass on the many benefits of Yoga to others.

Hatha Yoga Classes with Nikky
My Hatha Yoga classes is a session that helps you to leave your stresses and worries at the door and allow you to concentrate on yourself for the hour. Starting with reconnecting you to the breath before stretching out the body in preparation for the Yoga Poses. Followed by a Pranayama breath exercise and a relaxation at the end.Â
The classes are held at Wulstan's Hall, Priest Lane in Pershore from 10am to 11am Monday's and Thursday's.
