A fun and friendly class which doesn’t move too quickly but still provides a challenge. Nikki has nurtured a genuinely welcoming atmosphere and keeps the classes fresh with changing routines and moves. The hour flies by every week.

Ive practiced various types of yoga for over 25 years and now, a little older, I'm so pleased to get to Nikki's Hatha Yoga classes in Pershore. The relaxation and mindful breathing at the start of the session is great preparation for the asanas that follow. Nikki always offers stages to work to so there is no 'right or wrong' way, just what feels right for you, and there is no 'competitive vibe' amongst the lovely ladies who attend. The hall is spacious and clean with free parking.

I have attended Nikky’s Thursday morning Yoga4Life classes for a few years now and always look forward to them. The group is small and friendly and Nikky always explains the moves and gives alternative moves to suit our aches and pains if we have any. The hour flies by and I always feel better in my mind and body at the end of class. Thank you Nikky.

I attend the Thursday morning class. We always start with a few moments of stillness to isolate ourselves from previous ”busyness”, then I can concentrate just on the yoga rather than thinking about what else is going on in my life at the time. Again at the end, we have a breathing & meditation time to send us out refreshed. Nikki’s gentle voice and quiet manner are perfectly suited to these things. Thank you Nikki, looking forward to coming back in September after our short summer break.
